ABSTRACT
The present report introduces the results of research, which compares the use of standard procedures of relative orientation determination for the fragment of film sequence with regard to the use of numerical procedure. The experiments used simulated data and acquired from real environment, applying the different directions of the camera movement, from one station to another. After the determination of linear and angular parameters of a relative orientation, the analysis for valuation of both methods reliability had beed applied, comprehended as accuracy and robustness. Presented work represents the part of the technology research of the sequential digital images utilisation to the registration of the objects in the close range of movie camera. All performed tasks had been accomplished with a support of software tools prepared by author.
