DATES

by 30 June 2026 – registration for the Symposium at a reduced rate, including the title of the proposed presentation

by 31 August 2026 – submission of abstracts for presentations (1 page) by authors who registered by 30 June 2026, using the template available on the Symposium website

by 31 August 2026 – registration for the Symposium at the standard rate, including the title of the proposed poster and an abstract (1 page) following the template on the Symposium website

by 10 September 2026 – registration closes

The choice and arrangement of accommodation is the responsibility of the participants. At the GRAND HOTEL KIELCE (https://www.grandhotelkielce.pl), participants booking by telephone or email using the code (please ask the Organisers by e-mail)  will be offered rooms at the following rates.

– single room with breakfast – PLN 310 per night

– double room with breakfast – PLN 380 per night

– triple room with breakfast – PLN 450 per night

FEES

* the option to apply a 0% VAT rate for representatives of government bodies and academic institutions, upon submission of the Declaration available on the registration page

** individuals aged 35 or under who are students or PhD candidates

 

The fee includes:

  • participation in the Symposium
  • conference materials
  • participation in accompanying events – details to follow in subsequent announcements
